Brownies/Cubs

Currently, there are about 20 brownies in Windsor.  The girls brownies are united under the name of “Ladybugs” and boy cubs are in the unit of “Wolfs”.

During the weekly meetings children learn  Polish youth songs, games and traditions. An important part of each meeting is arts and crafts which gives them opportunity to learn more about proficiency (badge) that they are currently working on. In the scouting year, brownies and cubs usually work on 2 to 3 different badges.  Brownies and cubs are visited by Santa during yearly Christmas fireplace meeting.

An important part of brownies and cubs groups are 2 to 3 selected scouts whose purpose is to assist the Scout Leader and keep the group in working order.  These scouts are in training themselves to become Youth Leaders.
